Disclosure: This is a sponsored post however I do indeed use Fotor for all of my photo editing.
I am not very good with computer programs. In fact, I am scared of using something as basic as Google Docs or spreadsheets! I am always afraid I am going to mess something up, because I often have!
When it comes to editing photos for my blog I have found my answer! You all know how important photos are to blogs, and several months back I began to use a new editing program called Fotor. I think you may have noticed the improvement in my photos, at least I hope that you have.
With Fotor you can edit as much or as little as you wish and it is so super easy to use that even I can do it and it works on both PC and Mac!
Let’s check out a basic feature of Fotor … Below are two photos, the first one edited with Fotor, the one below it is the before photo. As you can see there is far more depth to the wood background and overall more vivid color due to the color enhancement scenes you can select from in the Fotor program.
Now I do not do a lot of editing to my pictures when it comes to wrinkles, or imperfections because I like to be honest about how I look. I do not aim to look 26 when I am 46, as I believe we are all beautiful just as we are. However there are many times that the lighting was not perfect, or maybe a shadow was included in a photo that was otherwise perfect. With Fotor I can rid my images of all the noise and nuisances! I can also add boarders, my blog name to the photo, and many other wonderful things that I want to show you in this post. Oh and you do not need to be a blogger to benefit from Fotor, in fact I learned about it from a friend who does not even blog! She creates amazing family collages using Fotor! So can you!
I made the above collage with Fotor as well. I was able to select my number of images, layout, boarder width, and color! It took me about one minute to do this and part of that time was finding the photos on my computer. If you want to add words onto you images you can do that too!
Speaking of wrinkles, blemishes, and whatnot, you can in fact erase those with Fotor as well. Let’s face it sometimes we do not want that little detail in every photo!
Here is a photo of my hand, yes real exciting I know but let me show you what you can do with Fotor!
Note age spots, a scab, yuck, and the darkness of the background.
You can also make your stadium, concert, and sporting event photos come to life! See my before then after photo of our recent Kansas City Chiefs Football game experience. Granted it was a cloudy, rainy day but Fotor sure brings out the color!
Fotor offers all the fun tools for making your photos pop from Tilt Shift, Vignette, Lomo, Crop, Straighten, Boarders, you name it, Fotor has it! These wonderful photo editing tools are free! Now, if you are wanting something a little more imaginative, Fotor also has a Graphic Design program which will allow you to make anything from a professional looking Twitter, or Facebook cover to engaging Instagram posts all made with templates which you can adjust and design to your heart’s content!
You can even preview how it will look on your facebook page which is a nice touch – good job Fotor for allowing us to do this. I don’t know how many times I have created graphics according to the suggested sizing and it just does not fit. Fotor takes the guess work and research out of the equation!
Some of the Fotor programs are free on trial only while others are free to use indefinitely.
My personal new favorite is the Collage Maker! I especially love the Funky Collage theme!
So if you are a blogger, a photo aficionado, the curious, the artistically inclined, a scrapbooker, or anyone who wants to enhance and cherish your family memories, check out Fotor! I already use it and am learning more about them even as I write this post and I am super excited about all the new things Fotor has to offer!
I love comments! Please join in discussion, ask questions, or leave tips for other readers. Comments truly are the driving force behind any blog as it helps the blogger to know what you, the reader want to see more of!
