I love looking for small business to introduce you to and feature here on the blog. The other day a friend of mine tagged me on Facebook regarding the shop, Sweet Peas In A Pod and I am so glad that she did.
Look What Grew!
Kelli is the owner and designer at Sweet Peas In A Pod and she does some of the best wire wrap work I have seen, and trust me, I have seen a lot of wire wrapping! Also her prices are more than fair in my opinion.
Kelli can do up to 7 peas in a pod and if you need more she can do two pods on one chain! She hand crafts necklaces, earrings, keychains, pins, and bracelets.
Kelli can do most any colors for the peas, including genuine stones for birthstones!
Here are just a few examples of necklaces she has created:
Kelli Has Many Charm Options to Select From!
Kelli, of Sweet Peas In A Pod, has many charm options to select from as well as a couple of chain options. Notice the detail in her wrapping which is all done by hand!
Wouldn't you just love to have Kelli create a pod for you with your loved ones birthstones, or green peas, perhaps to symbolize your kiddos?
I selected a necklace of three green peas, one for each of my children.
Pretty Packaging Too!
Also notice in the lower right photo the wrapping detail! I know I keep mentioning this but if you have ever tried making wrap jewelry you know how difficult it can be to do! I have tried doing this myself and am terribly limited by clumsy hands, and fingers, and arthritis! Or, maybe you have bought hand wrapped jewelry before, only to find out it unwinds or is just sloppily made. Kelli has a real talent here and I commend her for it.
This Makes Me So Happy!
If you are like me, and enjoy supporting women in small business, please consider buying from Sweet Peas In A Pod! Kelli does amazing work, is a very kind person to work with, and really takes care in making sure your custom designed piece is exactly what you want it to be. So what would you have Kelli design for you? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
