Xtava 5 in 1 Curling Iron Review

Hi Ladies!
So I have not used an actual curling iron in years. I have been using a flat iron to do some flips here and there with my hair, but my hair has been too short this past year for curling. Now my hair is growing back out and I love trying different styles.
I had the chance to try out the Xtava 5 in 1 Curling Iron
in exchange for this review so here is my take on it… but first the unboxing photos and some information from Xtava:

5 in 1 CURLING IRON The new interchangeable curling iron offers 5 different ceramic barrels of different shape and sizes to allow maximum versatility with your curling style for a more natural look. From beachy waves to tight curls and everything in between, enjoy endless styling possibilities.

CERAMIC TOURMALINE TECHNOLOGY Ceramic tourmaline technology will ensures that your hair remains safe and smooth with shiny curls lasting all day long. Tourmaline emits negative ions that counteract the positive ions present in dry or damaged hair helping seal moisture into your hair and decrease frizz.

360 SWIVEL 8 FT. CORD You will not need any extension cord or a close outlet thanks to the 8 ft. long power cord. You will also never have a tangled cable while styling your hair. We have integrated the 360 degree swivel cord that will simply rotate around you as you work.

SHUT-OFF FUNCTION Incorporates a convenient auto-shutoff function that will turn off the device when left unattended – never worry again about after rushing out.

So my hair is very flat, baby fine, and I do not have a lot of it, so curling my hair has never been super easy, in addition, my hair is still short. Here are some before photos – prior to curling with the Xtava 5 in 1 Curling Iron.

Super Fine, Flat Hair

The Xtava 5 in 1 Curling Iron comes with five interchangeable wand options. I chose a smaller wand that has a clamp to hold my hair on the wand itself. I am glad that there are so many options, as I am planning to let my hair grow out this year, so having all the different sizes of wand barrels will come in handy.

The curler is super easy to use, and does a fast and effective curl job on my hair. I only spent about ten minutes on this look and I could have taken a lot longer to show even more curl but the fact is on a daily average, unless I am preparing to go out on a date night with the husband, ten minutes is all I would normally take. I feel my reviews for the most part should be reflective of day to day use, rather than spending an hour to look amazing but have unrealistic for me results. This is how I would normally use the curler, and this is the look I got. I like it and my daughter complimented my hair when she got home today.

So there you have it! I love the results. I also love the packaging, as well as the carry case which keeps all of the attachment wands well organized, neatly tucked away in its own bag. Quick, easy, effective, that is how I like my hair styling, and that is what I got with the Xtava Professional 5 in 1 Curling Iron, available on Amazon for 30.00 and free shipping if you have Amazon Prime.
