What the company says about Konjac Sponge:
Enjoy your bath time with this all natural fiber 6 wave knock body sponge by My Konjac Sponge. This product is made from 100% eco friendly ingredients and features a natural sponge created from the knock plant.
When you first get the sponge it will be hard and coarse, but when you wet it the feel becomes soft and light, like a marshmallow! The skin exfoliation is gentle, and you will feel as if your skin is cleaner than when you use a regular bath puff or washcloth.
IndicationsSponge will shrink when it's completely dry. This is perfectly normal. Rinse and allow sponge to fully absorb water to reuse the sponge.
IngredientsNatural konjac powder made from konjac potato
DirectionsSponge comes in a completely sealed packaging in new dry condition. Wet the sponge for few seconds to make it soft. After use, store the sponge in a dry place. Rinse and allow sponge to fully absorb water. Sponge can be used with or without your favorite body liquid soap. Gently massage body using sponge. Rinse sponge after use and put it in a dry place.
To clean and sanitize you can place the sponge in a bowl of water, then into the microwave for about one minute. You should do this about every two weeks or so.
Now I am not sure which side of the sponge you are supposed to use against the skin and which you place in the hand but I prefer to use the smooth edge on my skin and place the waved edge in my hand. My fingers fit into the grooves perfectly and the sponge does not slip out of my hand.
Another cool feature about this sponge is that your body wash will go a lot further! I find I use half of the amount of body wash compared to other bath puffs, wash clothes, etc.
I never would have found the Konjac Sponge on my own and thankfully was sent this sponge for review on my blog but I never recommend a product I do not personally enjoy.
